    • Original Packaging: The item should be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accompanying accessories intact.
    • Return Period: Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. After 14 days, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

 

  • Process for Returns

    To initiate a return, follow these steps:

    2. Return Authorization: Once we confirm that the item meets our return criteria, we will provide a Return Authorization number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
    3. Shipping the Item Back: Please carefully package the item and include the Return Authorization number. Ensure that it is securely sealed and shipped back to the address provided.

    Shipping Charges for Returns

    The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item. The shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Any items returned without prior approval or that do not meet our return criteria will be returned to the sender at their expense.

    Exchanges

    Exchanges are allowed for defective items or items that were sent in error. If you received an incorrect or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to initiate an exchange. For all other cases, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order for the correct size or color.

    Refunds

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    We strive to deliver high-quality products in perfect condition. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.

    Special Conditions for Sports Equipment and Apparel

    • Sports Equipment: Items like cricket bats, footballs, basketballs, and swimming gear may have specific return criteria due to wear and tear factors. These items can only be returned if unused and in original packaging.
    • Sports Apparel and Shoes: Items like shoes, track suits, and dry-fit T-shirts must be tried on with care to avoid any wear. Shoes should not have any visible signs of wear or dirt on the soles to qualify for a return.

    Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process. The time may vary based on your financial institution.
